LMAO, this game looks likeit could really be some fun. I loved the old Mario Carts, and I'll probably like this one. I think you guys should give it a try before you flame it into a crrisp . It comes out November 17.

Ya the 64 version is cool too... but it just didn't have the excitement lvl like the SNES one did (for me at least) The 64 version would get kinda old to me (single player) SNES never did! don't know why but I could play it forever!!!!

I played it -- very similar to the 64 one (battlemode isnt as good - yet fun). The concept of linking 8 GC's together is amazing -- but very hard to do (you need 8x network adapters @35$ and a hum @ 100+$)

The Nintendo 64 battlemaps were alot more amazing then it is here... heh. They were about 300% bigger V-v.
I like the battle-bomb mode.

The graphics were pretty good (for its time), but I thought the game was pretty lacking (went over to a friends house and played it recently)

But do you remember the levels like Star Road (the last one.) Levels like that make a true classic.

I gave up on looking for the game a long time ago. If I really wanted to play it I would either rent it or go to my friends house and play it.
