I belive GameCube just bought one -- he says its pretty amazing  . EGM (the magazine) also gave it an amazing rating too!

I like it, but the controls are kind-of weak with some of the SNES ports. I don't like the fact that you see the outline of an SP on your screen during gameplay. It's sucks even more if you have a small TV.

Thats true... although I personally like it. I only like the GAMEBOY SP one... all the rest are extremly ugly...

In my persinal opinion, Nintendo failed in the Next-Gen Console battle. They pulled a Michael Jordan and tried to make a new console. It had better graphics than the PS2's aging hardware, but childish-based games and poor Third-Party sucess, as well as lack of any online services doomed the console to fail. Nintendo ruled the console world for the better part of 3 decades, and now it's time to let the new young rookies, Sony and Microsoft, battle it out. But in a few years, mock my words, Atari will return!
The Atari 12500. The system they've been working on for 25 years. It has everything of all the other consoles and it'll make ya sausage and eggs for breakfast!

In all seriousness, I don't agree with you about Nintendo... IMO they had a great run and it isn't over yet. They still have Mario 128 to release as well as a few other great games. Though Microsoft and Sony are clearly leading "the console wars" Nintendo isn't giving up without a fight.
Intriguing idea that new Atari is... BTW.

That's the thing Syth, the only truly sucessful games on that console were either made by Nintendo themselves, or by companys that release there games on all three consoles. The remake of the first Resident Evil was good, but the rest RE remakes sucked imo.
