Which system did you guys own - and why do you think its superior to the other one?
I personally owned the Sega Genesis, and im happy with my decision. At the time there was Sega Channel, the Sonic Series, and mortal kombat.
Although, now that im into RPG's I would have prlly gotten the SNES (becuase it was superior for RPGs).

snes....................... lol i got chrono cross and trigger and i loved the secret of mana series (gotta lovem) 
ill make anyone an iso of chrono cross for another game...... dont need final fatasy 9 and 8 but i need 7

I like both, but because of the fact I played and owned a SNES, I would pick it over Sega. Those classic Mario games can really get you hooked  .

Although SNES was a great system, it did lack alot of the great hits that Sega had... so Id say at the time, its a pretty close race.

i had a snes =P not the greates and i still have my genesis which i like to play once in a while just for a little bit of fun ^^

Genesis all the way. Super Street Fighter was the best. Vector man was pretty cool as well, I don't remember if I beat it though...

...I liked the SNES's controller better though, so I vote snes...

Bleh genesis always had the better games. And i have both systems as well. My vote is for Genesis all the way !!!!
