Ok guys, Some rules please. 1. General forum rules apply. Check them out here 2 No double posting.. its a pet peeve of mine and it really clogs up the forums and makes it harder to read. Double posting is like this John: ya so then were gonna go to the movies _______________________________________ John: Were going to see freedy vs jason _______________________________________ Mary: cool, i heard it was a good movie Double posting means you consecutively post messages when you could just edit your previous post, this saves on server bandwidth, time, post count, and most importantly, makes me happy.. (most important) I realize that sometimes you post a message, and someone else may have put a post up without you realizing it, or you think of something you really wanted included, or whatever the reason may be, thats fine, but you dont need to double post. Instead, view your post, and you'll see an [Edit] button (just like you see Quote, you'll edit), click that, and you can change whatever you want in your message, meaning you can proofread, fix errors, add information, or take some away. This cuts down on so much hassle. Please use it, don't feel bad if you have to edit twice, three times, or fifty times, its appreciated, and preferred over double posting. |
