I vote on ohm, or cham, because they are so rare. Most people say Jah, but its very common nowaday.

Id have to say id be JAH or VEX just beacause so many people r looking for them tho cham is rare its not as much in demand.

Jah seems like the best in my opinion, can't get much better than ignoring defences. 
However, zod is great to have for etheral items, if they don't automatically repait.

voted Zod because like people have said it makes etheral item's worth alot of money....if you think about it...if you didnt have the Zod rune no etheral items would be worth anything unless they had self repair...

I voted ohm rune. The best shield for pallys; exile , is made from ohm. Ohm can be used alot in weapons to add more ed.

i chose zod because i mean you can get mostly very rune but cham and i can never get zod or cham those are the only 2 i have never goten and if i had zod or cham i would still chose zod because you cant make any ethereal items industructiable but zod so that why i chose it~!!

lol! NEVER PUT A ZOD INTO ANYTHING UNLESS YOU ARE MAKING A RUNEWORD. Unless it is an extremely rare case, like putting into elite eth armor, dont. it ruins the zod.

cham is not that rare ppl dont trade b/c ppl dont need it rofl there is 1 good runeword with cham i think and its doom but botd is better so that why zod was fking rare in 1.09 but ppl duped it and like half was deleted and cham in 1.09 was useless that why cham is more rare now

Its not like zods are rare now a days, they have been duped to shits. Runewords are NOT the only thing zods are good for. I would rather socket my zod in a rare(yellow) 450%ed etheral claw than make a BOTD anyday.

Thats called a Zod, Valor. I voted vex simply becouse it is very useful in runewords. And Zod isnt all that good, usualy if i find a eth, if it isnt reapers, ss, andys, or bonehew I leave it- eths are only good on a merc and botd sucks ***!!

Vex, most people are looking for hotos now... Jah can be good because of nigmas but people are finding them. Cham's seem the rarest but there are a few runewords requiring cham (that are good)

If you're talking about it purely from a value perspective, then Zod is the most valuable, due to the fact that is by far the rarest rune in the game. A Zod in an ethereal weapon is better than an Ohm in a nonethereal because of the way the math is calculated. It is used in one of the most powerful runewords in the game, Breath of the Dying. If you've ever played a zeal paladin with an ethereal Breath of the Dying Berzerker Axe, you would agree.
If you want to look at it from a usefulness perspective, all of the top end runes can be seen as "most useful or valuable" depending on what type of character you're building. Take for instance the Barbarian build I've been playing recently, a dagger barb. Because he uses dual Fleshrippers, he has very fast attack speed, but low damage. While some people would socket their Fleshrippers with Ohm for more damage, the smarter route would be to socket each of them with a Lo rune, to add an additional 20% chance of Deadly Strike (double damage) to your attack. Fleshrippers already have 33% Deadly Strike, so the Lo rune will up that to 53%. Put on Gore Riders and a Highlord's Amulet and you've got better than 90% Deadly Strike. This makes my dagger barbarian viable, even in Hell difficulty. For him, Lo rune is most valuable.

I think Lo is a very useful rune. I remember back in 1.09 where cruel myth swords with LoEth in them compleatly owned.
