I personally like the Xbox one more then the PC one. Its MADE for the xbox, so it runs alot nicer. I just wish they added multiplayer to it - ugg. Which one do you think is better, and why? |

I have heard from a buddy, that Halo on pc only runs good with a good system with top of the line specs. Currently I am a Halo fan on the Xbox platform, and I purchased my Xbox only a month ago. No complaints thus far, and naturally, Halo is my favorite game at this point. Two questions: 1. Here is my system specs: Operating System: Windows XP Profesional Display Adaptors: ATI Radeon 9200 Processors: AMD Athlon XP 2200+ Ram: 512 Freespace: 10.8 GB of 80GB Sound: Legacy Audio Drivers Will this game run good on THESE specs? 2. If this game runs good on THESE specs, how is the MP game? Note that UT2K4 runs much better on my system than I anticipated, and has become my favorite "online" mp game. But damn if I don't love the Hell out of Halo.... ? |

I like the Xbox Halo mostly for the single player, but multiplayer online gaming is EXCELLENT. So I'll probably go with the PC I've got a top-notch computer, so I dunno if it's the best for everyone else, but it's fun online and the servers are pretty packed most of the time ^__^ Watch out for me in Blood gulch CTF! |

If it runs on my specs, i'll buy it. I just don't want to upgrade for one game. College guys like me need money. If it does, i'll wind up buying it, then i'll see you on the server Denise! |

It should probably run for you, Captain Fancypants, you've got some good specs there. Playing it online is nothing quite like the XBox version, at least for me. |

| erm... no offense but it blows on PC... UT2k4 can beat it any day of the week... it has a very bad gameplay and i wish that there would be a ezier way to ride vehicles. |

Interesting. If it is in fact pail in comparison to UT2K4 (my most recent favorite pc game), I seriously doubt it would hold my interest, or be worth me shelling out another $30 for. |

| Yes i know... though i did get the game for free but i payed for ut2k4 i think that ut2k4 gameplay is much better then halo's on PC but halo on xbox is just complete carnage i could play it 24/7. |

Well first Fancy, UwS loves ut2k4, so he speaks favorably of it. I'v played both, and prefer Halo over it with incredible parameters, halo is that good. The specs you listed are all plenty to run it smoothly, depending on your internet connection. The one thing you might consider upgrading, for the game and for everyday use, is Ram. Its the cheapest upgrade you can make, with the most dramatic effect. Also, if you are willing, get a bigger, or another, harddrive. 80gb was.. so yesterday" Having only 10 free gb's should alert you that something should be done. |

| Well i do love ut2k4 and now that i have gotten in a pretty nice clan on halo ive started to like it a little more... i just have to get the feel to a slower paced game. |

| From what i have heard and played I have come to the conclusion that HALO is better on the XBOX then the COMPUTER! |

Suppose I stuck in two 512 of ram, instead of the current two 256s. Yes 80GB is OLD, but I bought this computer two years ago, and it was pretty up to date then. Would an external 100GB hard drive help at all? |

| Well im defiantly not going to know... Maybe you should ask on Computer Forums? |
