I know how to make various effects, such as outer glow, liquid, shocking text, all that crap from tutorials.
I need fonts that have similiar effects and styles.

Your looking for the acutal FONTs? Because all you have to do to find fonts is go to google and type in: free fonts.
You should get about 300k domains.
