Yes i am being black mailed. i tried to rip off a guys hoto he let me borrow it and i traded it (biggest mistake ever) he ended up being in some kind of huge clan who hacks any one with good iteams he deelted my whole account and now i have to built 3 chars up to level 80 with no stats or skills, i do get in the clan and some enigmas and stuff for it but its still black mail. they gave me a week to do it.
i tried to make a new account and they hacked it they said every new account i make will be deleted. They hack people, steal there things and sell it on ebay i tried to get a screen shot for proof and show it to my friends mom who is a cop but they restarted my comp and i lost the log..any suggestions how i can get out of this jam?

They restarted your comp?
As I was reading your post, it had all the makings of a trojan, which is how they got your accounts.
If they restarted your comp, they either make a toc module and you got it bad in your win32, or just a virus.
I'd suggest reformatting your system if you can't find the infection anywhere.
And why would you want to get in a clan that is openly trying to hack you? It's a free game, don't let pixels stress you out.

thats true but they are a huge group of people. They can hack anyone they said if i dont do this i can never play again i didnt accept anything from them or anything but if i do do this so called work for them i do get some pretty leet items so i think i just might i can makea level 80 in 2 days or less so it shouldnt be 2 hard
also i cant format because i cracked windows xp so if i fromatted i wouldnt have windows lol

Obviously you had to have an operating system on your machine before you put XP on, am I right? Just format it and put your old OS on, then if you want to get XP, track down a copy later. At least then you won't have to worry about the current trojan infesting your computer. And before you download stuff, be sure to have your Norton autoprotect running, then after you download something that is of questionable nature, scan it a before opening it. Make certain that you keep your windows updated, which includes installing any service packs available then the remaining critical updates. Think about getting a software firewall. A lot of people like ZoneAlarm.
You should think about getting away from battle.net as well. Single player is where the fun is. You don't have to worry about people stealing your account or stupid kids ruining your games. You can play at your own pace, use the /players8 command to up the difficulty and experience, and get a single player muling program to store your equipment. It is far superior to b.net. If you have close friends who also play single player, you can play with each other in TCP/IP, still using the /players8 command. It is good times. That's how I do it.

ya very true but im an addict on b net this is my...6th account thats been hacked but anyways i think you guys are right i should just crack another copy of xp and crack black ice fire wall or something thx for the help.

It sounds to me like you got a trojan, they keep deleting your accounts because the trojan is still there so they know the password. I seriously doubt they can hack anyones account, you prolly just downloaded something.
