Im constantly fiddlign with photoshop, and I feel bad about making a new thread for something I want to show or get criticism on, so I'll just post new things to this whenever I have something I want seen, until it gets so many that i'll close it and make a new one. To start it off with, this is to test both a new font, a new blending pattern, and a new opacity on the marqee tool. Total time - 6 minutes.

| Pretty cool background, the words don't show up too well though. I'm not sure I'm down with the underline. |

Oddly enough, no matter which font I use it has that underline. It's not an effect or what have you on the font, i'v turned underline off. I really don't understand it. If i turn underline ON, it turns into 2 lines. At first i just thought it was the font, but again, EVERY font has that. Hehe, this was fun. I did it on a 10x10 pixel img, zoomed in really far, to see how it would look when I stretched it out, and then see if I could clean it up.

| The sig is your worst yet... Take some time and do these things... spend a little time reading up on some tut's and then try and make something! try taking about 30 mins to make something. |

| I know you are getting better but you have to take more time into making signature because that background looks half assed if I say. Also, when you spend more time in your work, you will see a big improvement. You will get better but it takes a lot of practice if you want to be really good. |

Wootzor. Edit. Img is huge. Guessed I wasn't paying attention when I selected size.
Thats the url, can't put in tags cuz it has a space in it. I like it, i know its huge, but if i try to resize it'll lose all quality. |

AHHHHHHH wtf is it a wall paper, its 2100 x 600 pix and over 200 kb I like it all except that the top left corner has no border, it disturbs me to see that cool black shit all around and top left have a blank area..Fill it in |

Yah it bothered me to, but the guy that was with me when I was fucking around said he thought it looked cooler without it than with it. So I went without it. And I had made something else that size and I guess I forgot to resize to sig. size when I made it. |

You would be correct, the polygon lasso tool, then Select>inverse. Then fill with a dark grey (dont do 100% black or you an't do effects) I did, but normally i would do a dark black, but not all the way, so if i wanted to i could add emboss, gradients, lighten, layer effects, etc. |

Just make a new post with the new graphic. Was the abstract done in a 3D Designing program? That definitely looks like your best work. That could be your signautre if you extend it but it wouldn't look good like that because the whole thing widens. Good job. I hope to some more improvement in the next couple days. |

New one. First time I did something for someone else, as far as THEY wanted it, not like AT said avatar, but it was for me.. ah well nvm. This was made for target-eating (member here, AT's friend) for wallpaper. I made it 1280-960, his resolution, so i'll just link to it instead of showing it here, otherwise it would stretch out the forums. Click here What do you guys think? I like it a lot. |

This is definitely your best you have ever done. It is 5-10 times better than the first thing you made. You are getting better everyday and I would like to see what you make next. Good job. I think we should reconsider the name of this topic now. |
