BALANCE CHANGES

Human
- Rifleman hit points reduced to 505 from 520.

Undead
- Destroyer negative mana regeneration increased to -6/sec from -3/sec.
- Mana gain of Devour Magic increased to 150 per dispelled unit from 75 per
dispelled unit.
- Orb of Annihilation mana cost increased to 50 from 25.
- Orb of Annihilation had a splash damage that was dealing full damage to
all targets instead of full damage to the primary target, and reduced
damage to nearby targets. This discrepancy has been fixed and the orb
now deals damage identical to the functionality in patch 1.14.

Orc
- Bladestorm mana cost reduced to 200 from 250.
- Troll Batrider hit points reduced to 400 from 500.
- Demolisher build time increased to 40 seconds from 36 seconds.

Neutral Heroes
- Cluster Rockets cooldown reduced to 6 seconds from 7 seconds.
- Pocket Factory cooldown reduced to 35 seconds from 40 seconds.
- Pit Lord base Strength increased to 26 from 24.
- Dark Minion hit points increased from 200/260/320 to 215/290/405 and armor reduced to 0/0/0 from 1/2/3.
- Breath of Fire has been damage capped to 8 targets. Note that this does
not affect the amount of damage dealt by burning damage from the Breath
of Fire / Drunken Haze combination.
- Storm, Earth and Fire Pandaren hit points increased by 200, and attack
damage increased by 33%.

Items
- Shared cooldown of 20 seconds added on all summoning items.
- Wand of Lightning Shield given 10-second cooldown.
- Staff of Preservation max stock set to 1, down from 2.
- Sentry Ward item duration reduced to 5 minutes from 10 minutes.

NOTES: Replays are incompatible between major game revisions (1.15 replays
cannot be viewed with the 1.16 version of Warcraft III). Custom save games
will not load from version 1.15.

This is the worst patch ever made.... Everything that was fixed was not needed except demolishers down time... And im at lvl 3 =D.

they shouldn't have increased anything with the undead or anything with the goblin tinker.
The only thing I agree with in the new patch is the lowering of the bladestorm mana. Because It is a bitch getting 250 while milking WW to nuke heros

lol orcs are the mast nerfed race, I mean soon the grunts will have the power of peons and the tauren will be cows. Orcs need some buffs

Lol I'm not talking in melee...with orc once you see the enemy has air, the only th9ing you can do Is go bats....and they got nerfed. They also nerfed pults, the only other decent orc strat. Elves have great air and ranged, 2-3 bears or mgs is all the melee you need, opposing melee wil concentrate on your mg's and your ranged will pick the opposing melee off.

Well people abused pults... why go bats when HH or Zerks pwn air... just because someone goes air doesn't mean you have to count it with air.

OMG zerks suck, you mass zerks while your opponet gets chims, griffs, or frosties. Your zerks wil last about 30 secs agaisnt them. Plus if you zerk them they die faster.

Orcs only good aa has been nerfed

Uh Dude... what other air are people going to go? yea i can see a good 2v2 combo of fucking drags and gargs.... and wyvs just blow. Zerks can beat them... you just best have other things to back them up

lol noone goes just gargs, they mix gargs and frosties. Same with any other race, they mix air in order to get a good balance. Let a group of zerks vs the same food in frosties....its like sending a pesant against a mg. Zerks even lusted will get nuked by a few frosties. Orcs have horrible aa, the only hting you can do anymore is make sure your enemy doesn't have enough time to make air, so you have to constantly harass. BM harass along with rushing off and on will keep their workes low enough that if they are teching they will either die by rush or cancel tech in order to defend themselves.

Yea... But still if you gotta go you gotta go it. Maybe they will get nuked but its still worth the effort to try and save your army =P

lol I'll still go bats, they will blow up long before the opposition has time to kill them. And bang 1 bat can usually nuke 2 gargs and do alot of splash damage. So I will still food left to make tauren and shaman which will devistate all ground forces

I h8 bats ... only for the reason that they die too quickley... ive tried to blow up chims while getting pounded by 5 archers.

bats aren't meant to be heavy fighters, they are only good against things that can't fight them back (melee and siege), against buildings, and to blow up air. If you want an air unit that can fight long..wyvern arent your best bet so go and try another race

Yea... I was just pointing out there only good for killing air and buildings... though they might get torn up by burrows.

Naw they last a pretty good amount of time against towers, they have a high enough hp that they combined with the liquid fire ability, are able to take down towers and burrows quickly without a single casulty
