There's nothing were you can play sega saturn games on your genesis. There was a CD-type thing called 'Sega CD' (look on eBay if interasted). Its an addon to the genesis.

Sega CD is going to be what your looking for but that was pretty much genesis games on a cd that you can play its not like your actually buying genesis games and playing them on a sega saturn or vice versa.

yea my sega was great i had the sega the sega cd and the sega 3d i think it was i cant remember it was the thing that u put into the sega and then put a game into i had it all lol the ultimate sega
