What the hell is up with everyone on gv?? ever since vacation i havent seen nearly anyone post exept maybe the 2 admins and a few mods. LETS GET SOME PRODUCTION HERE

actually... posting habits have not changed on gV over the past 3 months... around 150 posts a day...

You sorta missed my point, its not about the number, its about the people who do. Usualy all that acualy post are a few members, taco or ll, and the mods. Members stick there head out of the hole less and less, when i look at the new posts thru mu assistant, usualy all i see is admins or mods, sometimes a member or 2 is super posting like the mods, but thats it.
Its just about site posting, not about popularity, just about what goes on inside gv. Wonder why i didnt put this under news, would seem appropiate

well I would say we actually have about 35 active members (or atleast semi active), so we're not to bad on that either...

Not to any extent. We are below most... mildly developed boards. We are not big to any extent. There were days though, several months ago, when we were hitting 1000+, but then again that was the perfect mix of New members, and us oldies posting.

I think there are too many forums out there. There are a few people on a ton of different forums. It seems like most forums have posting problems. I think that we need to make huge forums with tons of members instead of having a ton of small forums with only a few members. But everyone wants a forum now a days. It is just what it is coming to. I have not found a forum with a lot of activity as of yet. I always seem to come back to this forum though. Out of the few guys who actually post a lot, they are really down to earth people. I think this forum is great. Members will come over time. It is just tough to get members now since it is so easy to make a forum now and everyone is doing it. Don't say that this forum is not that spectacular; I think it is a great forum.

umm... we've only gone over 1000 posts in a 24 hour period twice in our entire history...
We've had our ups and downs... right now seems to be an in-between
