If you were on a boat and it crashes into a whale and you got stranded on an island w/ 10 friends, 5 of them died shortly after, and was no other food, your very hungry, would you eat your 5 friends? Is staying alive that important to cut open your friend and cook them in fire?
when it comes down to it... survival > morals.
The only moral I would keep around in a situation like this is that I would not kill anyone unless they were attempting to take my life

well if they were dead and i would not be able to eat for 5 day yes but ill respect them but them in a graveyard after b/c there were friends to me but unless those thing happen i would not be able

No, I couldn't lvie with myself knowing I ate my friends, dead or not.  I'd take my chances and try to keep going without eating them, even if it means death for me

You have to consider, they have no feeling in their body anymore. You are not hurting them because they are gone, they would probely be happy that by you consuming their flesh that you have been given a chance at living. If you knew that your dead body was going to be used to save others, would you not be able to forgive those who used your body?

If it ment life or death for me, and the friend was allready dead, I would actually eat him. It would be a hard choice to make, but if its your LIFE, and your friends allready DEAD, then it would be an easy decision.

aleoi is right, after 5 days you will prolly start losing your common sense and survival instincts will take over. I'd say eat them early so you don't go crazy 
Human meat? It just may be the most succulant food on earth. Not many people can say they've tried it but it may be good.

wow 5 whole days that a long time...... what about the people in africa that dont eat for weeks or w/e but nah i wouldnt eat my friends i would bloody fish its a damn island

I would probably not do it because they would be my best friend, dead or not. I would try to find something else to eat.

No, not nesacirally..... what happens after you eat your friends? They might last a week.... a month.... then what? I'd rather die knowing I didn't eat them.

There is always some source of food on an island.
But if for some weird reason there was absoluttely positively no food at all, I would still not eat my friends. The only time I might do it is when I have been out there for a wicked long time and I lost it mentally. Then I think I would eat them because survivor instincts kick in after a while. It would be a tough choice none the less. I hope I will never have to make that choice in life. I value my friends a lot.
