Does anyoe have Dance Dance revolution for playstation2? If so do you also have a pad? Im thinking of buying it because i like playing ddr but im wondering if its worth it. Can a ps2 game with an add on pad be as good as the real thing? And besides wont those cheap plastic pads rip easily?

The pads dont rip easily, (You have to wear socks) and Im not sure if its worth it because alot of people hate the console version on DDR, I dont see what wrong with it but I dunno. If you want to save money in the long run(If you play DDR that much) buying the home version may save you from trips to the arcade..

My brother has it but it sucks because it stickes to your feet and it moves around unless you tape it to the floor.

The arcade will teach you 90% better than the game itself.
The game will help with hand eye (foot?) coordination.

What you need to do to stop the pad from moving, if you have alot of space in your bedroom.
Go to Home Depot and but a piece of wood about the pads size and use duck tape to tape it down, it has to be at least 2'' thick so that you dont break it when you dance, It should only cost like 5 bucks..if that.

Although it costs 25$ for it... eh V_V

You should try the arcade version, its much MUCH better. I started with the arcade, then moved to the PS2 version (so its a bit harder for me).
I just play the ps2 version for hand (leg?) eye coordination.
