Well I have no clue what is wrong with my graphic card but whenever I try to play CS it always seems to be skipping frames. Is there any way to fix this?
*Sorry if there is an spelling error. My frontpage seems to be fucked up*

Try new drivers. What kind of graphics card is it? It could just be too slow, or you could have it unplugged from power, etc. Check if the power connector is hooked up in back.
