What is your favorite sport, and who is your favorite player that plays that sport? Mines football, and my favorite player is Number 54 Ted Bruschi. Ted Bruschi plays for the New England Patriots. Here's Ted Bruschi after he just scored a defensive touchdown.

Bloodelf I'm not going to officially warn you this time but use the button that is at the top of you post to edit your older post instead of double posting
Back on topic Another great player for the ravens that you do not hear too much about is Chester Taylor. He is a better running back than Jamal Lewis and hopefully he will get more playing time this season

My favourite sports players are the dead/hurt/parapalegic/retarded[Thats a very broad one for sports players, but I mean clinically retarded from playing too much.]
People who idolize sports players need a role model in their life, big time.
Ugh, I just had the displeasure in going back a page. Bloodelf, learn the rules. I'm happy to see how much the staff cares..
There is a fucking button for a reason.

Football players can afford to retire at that age. They get paid like five-million a year. See they retier. Fly home to their castles in their privite jets. Then spend the rest of their life counting their billions of dollars.

They probably do not have billions. lol I know what you mean though.
Most people that play professional sports can afford to retire early. Some of them do and some of them don't.
I think some people do not retire early because they like the sport that they play and do not want to give it up. A lot of professionals are just in it for the money though.

Chester runs faster and harder, imagine if the ravens didn't have the line that they have, Jamal would have been plowed over. Arhman Green has no line at all and he ran almost 2000 yards last seaosn and has done so for the past few seasons. Chester looks like arhman in his early seasons, and will be a great player. But the ravens are bad with talent, they traded priest holmes because he wasnt good enough.

see... again... how many people did that against the browns last year? no one! not a single other player rushed for 500+ last year against them... give the dude some credit... he's a running MASTER!

I hope he has to serve the entire season in jail, Billock is a crappy ass coach whos trying to make the team an offensive team. He should just buff the defence and do what tehy did back in 2000. Billock doesn't give people a chance. They didn't give Priest Holmes a chance didn't give chris redman a chance either. I hope redman and chester go to another team and become stars like bret farve.
Back to Jamal, why did he get so much playing time? Same reason he will get so much this season. The ravens have no pass offence, they were #31 in pass last season and #1 in rush. Todd Heap had the most pass yards and hes a tight end. The ravens had a chance at Mark Brunell but didnt want to trade for him so again jamal will get 300+ carries and will get alot of yards.
Man I hate bryan Billock, he would be a great offensive coach but he makes Ray Lewis basically coach the defence because Bilock wants the offence he had back in St. Louis

I really do not like watching sports for several reasons. First, sports do not excite me. Last, sports are not fun to watch. The only time I have to make an excption is when the superbowl is on.

Hes not bad, hes just over rated. Well over half of the offence last season for the ravens was on the ground. Without their defence they would get smothered every game, yet people stay on jamal. He had the ball well over 25 times a game. A 4 yard average in the game is 100 yards. And with a huge offensive like powered by John Ogden, of course there would be a hole to run through. Yet when they give chester the ball he bursts through the hole for 20 yards then they bench him and run Jamal for 3-4 yards. The ravens need to run an eye set with Jamal and chester in the backfield. They could base the ball on the ground again and have 2 backs that are able to run. They plan on Kyle Boller to be a big hit, he can't find recievers because the ravens dont have any. Travis Taylor has butterfingers and the other recievers are almost all new. Todd Heap has to be the star reciever because he hardly ever misses the ball.
Rofl did anyone hear that terrell owens said Ray lewis doesn't hit hard, hell end up just like eddie george..on the ground and crying after ray pummels him. Lol good ol 2000 season eddie didnt even get back i nthe game after that hit, he had tears running down his face and stayed away from him the next game they played the ravens. Good times

he's not overrated... he rated where he needs to be! you dont' get a 2000+ yard season, and not get rated like he is... no matter even if he does get 25+ carries a game! Hell if I was a coach, and I knew he would get 3-4 yards a carry... I would give it to him even more! that's like a garunteed first every 3-4 plays! Who wouldnt' give it to him that much
*** and remember... I probably wouldn't like Jamal if he wasn't from the UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE!!! And lets not forget that even when he was at UT, AND we had a decent passing game (Tee Martin... who completed 24 consecutive passes in a single game), Jamal STILL broke 9 out of every 10 rushing records at the school!

Some people retire from football then resign with another team. It would be cool if Ricky Williams resignd with the Patriots.
