i prefer subs since then you never get some retarded english dude playing the voice and making your favorite character sound retarded

I agree, lots of animes have been ruined by english actors, either by them messing the gender up, mistranslation, or mis-enunciation and ruining a serious scene, or ruining a comical scene, any other form of a fuck-up, basically.
Subs are by far the way to go.

I chose dubbed. People talking in Japanese get's so annoying to me after awhile. Trust me, I can't even handle the spanish station.

i prefer sub because it is much better, i tryed before both ways and i liked more sub. I dont care if the subtitles r in english, portuguese, spanish or french if they r in 1 of those i can watch the anime since i can understand those languages. But if u put to speak in french or spanish i will get lost while watching the anime.

I prefer subbed for some Anime and dubbed for some Anime. For example, Cowboy Bebop, I actually prefer dubbed since Faye's Japenese voice sounds kinda strange, but I saw the dubbed one first so.... For Trigun I like subbed a lot more. Vash and Wolfwood's voices are horrid.

Dubbed is better, when I watch TV I start to get drowsy so reading becomes difficult. I'd rather just close my eyes and listen

I agree. Sometimes if they say like a paragraph it takes me to long to read the whole thing and I don't know what they said.

I said dubbed. I am not a fast reader and sometimes I miss a lot of the things said because I do not read the subtitles fast enough. I also just like to sit back and watch television and not have to read the television screen.

I prefer subbed...because : a- The original content hasn't been destroyed by American censors that accomodate the needs of pre-pubescent individuals that seem to lump anime in with the rest of that cartoon nonsense.
b- The voice acting is of better quality, nuff said.
c- The subtitles can be used to learn random phrases.
I think I've about covered it...
