What do you guys think of a new skin that I make? I feel as if by using a downloaded skin as the base skin, we loose... some of our individuality?
Comments? Suggestions?

Yes a new skin would be great. Don't make it the sissy way through the ftp. Do it the hard way in the admin cp like I was forced to do.
I would say a dark skin because light ones are gay and unattractive.
The main concern in skinning is making sure thetext color matches the images and background. Also make the buttons acctual buttons..not just some gay square images.

I personally like the default skin that we are using now. There are some things I do not like about it, but it's really nothing major. The default skin, I think is actually very nicely put together.
Some ideas that we could use are that we could possibly make a lighter skin based off the default one. We could possibly add some more blue to it and make the grey a little bit lighter.

The skin is working fine, but I think more of a custom skin would be allot nicer. I will leave this skin (of course), along with all the other skins.
I just think it would look nicer. I may model it after the gamingvoid home.
