His computer is ok... being his first computer it gets the job done  .
2.5ghz Celeron
80gig HD
246 Ram
17" Screen
64meg Video Card
Its pretty good, the computer runs about 1 2.2ghz

Sounds ok, but you badly new a graphics card. Everything else is ok, but is it a flatscreen or just normal moniter?

yeah, you should get a Radeon... they're better then GeForce in my opinion

Yes, I agree. I've chenged my mind on the whole graphics card thing. I do prefer ATi over nVidia  .

There is no use in getting a graphics card; at all. Its extremly minor changes, if anything.
I personally dont care for celerons at all tho V_V
