Icon Creater and Editer by Tucow
It can make icons (.ico), Still Cursors (.cur), and moving cursors (like the wiat thing when it turns upside down.(.ani)).

Do you actually edit the cursors in the program, or do you inport images from a program (like photoshop, etc)?

Personally, I fail to see how these cursors are poker related. However, nonetheless, they seem pretty good. I am going to enquire into this cursor making software, where exactly, would I be able to find it? I too like the link select icon.
