Looks pretty neat... The background is kinda odd though. Still pretty cool, 6/10

Cool lookin, but quite simplistic. Colors don't really flow, and the eye doesn't fit into the background more. Maybe a little more blending?

If the background and the eye were separate they would make two good pieces separetly. However, as they stand (together) we see a clash. Pinks and Greens are very bad colours to match. I am glad to see that he has Orange and Green also these are complimentary colours, and should oblige each other. Perhaps, if the background was changed to a blue theme, and the eye was shadowed, it would make it better.
