Only a few hundred miles on our 2023 3.5 Sport Prestige but combined city/highway is about 16-17 mpg!! 90% in Comfort, just a bit in Eco or Sport. I have a light foot. My BMW with similar engine and power gets 24! Your experience? Hard to believe the CPU is controlling too rich but....
Thanks!

That's depressing. I've been feeding it 93 octane since no one carries 91. Are you having any knocking or performance issues? I can see 89 but 87 is a surprise.
None whatsoever! Much discussion on all sorts of social media. You'll never get a definitive answer. My car, my choice. The GV80 just adjusts accordingly.

I've been using 93 octane on my GV70 3.5T. I currently have 4417 miles on my car and I'm averaging 19.5 mpg with a combination of city and highway driving. I typically keep this in Eco mode unless I'm merging or wanting to pass someone. Then I will shift to either Sport or Sport+ mode. I rarely just drive in either of the Sport modes, though, unless I'm feeling bored. :) I love this car!

Thanks! Good plan. I'll try Eco but it sure is gutless!

That's about right! I've tracked around 15,500 miles and average 17.4 mpg using Fuelly.com. (FWIW, I only use regular 87 octane)
I apologize! I just realized that this thread was for the GV70, not the GV80 that I have. That said, I would expect the GV70 to get better, possibly in the 19-20mpg range, than my heavier and larger GV80.
FWIW: I still stand by my 87 comment.
