I have the 3.5 AWD, Sport Prestige with the 3D Instrument Cluster. Has anyone experienced any issues with their 3D instrument cluster. I have an issue when the cluster is in 3D mode, I get shimmering images, and double/blurred images on the lower corners. Genesis ordered a new cluster and replaced it. However, when I went to pick up my baby after two weeks in the shop and after driving two miles the problem re-apppeared. Curious if I have an anomaly on my hand, or if others are having a similar problem.

The only issue I found from the get go was that it was dimmer compared to the 2D display. I like the 3D dimensional effect but it’s more important to me to have a brighter display so I never use the 3D. If it were brighter I would prefer it.

I have the 3.5 AWD, SPORT PRESTIGE 2023 and the cluster display isn't working at all, its completely blank.

I have a 2021 3.5 Prestige model and today the lights on the cluster and media panel flashed on and off while driving. I have never had this problem before, and I am using the 3D option. If it continues, I will take it in for service.....probably a replacement of a printed ckt board.....don't like the messing with it though.
