This is the first video I've seen that shows us the undersides of a GV 70. The motor seen is the 3.5 and I see a few things that concern me. Fast forward to 8:40 to see the undersides tour and @ 9:21 to see the oil plug and what looks to be an oil leak or at least a wet spot just behind it below what might be the front main motor seal. The narrator ignores it. Also a plastic tranny pan? 
Ford has had bad experiences by going this route on oil pans. I wonder about the wisdom of routing front axles running through the oil pan too? Seems like a future problem in the works?
