Anybody know anything about the active grill shutters? I have a US 2.5 AWD Advanced.

Not much to speak about…they open and close to maximize fuel economy. Ignore them…lots of cars use them now. They probably increase fuel economy by 0.5 mpg.

I don't see them on my 3.5AWD Prestige either. Maybe it's for the 2.5 only??

Are you in the US? I don't see them mentioned on any of the US materials or the manual but do remember Asian Petrolhead mentioning them in his original videos. So maybe it's another thing that didn't make it to the US.
Same here. I had heard about them in one of the reviews but never thought to look. However, once I saw the post, i had to check. I am in US as well, as appears the original poster, so maybe it is only for the 2.5T. One side comment, my cooling fan seems to run all the time, and often very fast/loud - so maybe the 3.5T just runs hotter and no need for them 🤞
