Hello GV’ers - does the ambient lights stay on even during daytime or just when headlights are on? Looks great at night but not sure of purpose during the day. Any settings to turn off during day?

Mine stay on at all times, I do not think there is anyway to just make them at night. During day its very faint and I can hardly tell they are on
