Speaking about the GV80, which I'm confident is the same as your GV70; you can either swipe L or R on that small right side, or, in settings, eliminate it altogether.

Hi There, Did you get an update or a fix on this issue? when i got the car this was working without issue and in the last 2 weeks its giving me the turn by turn on the right side by built in Nav (even where nav is off). I cant seem to get fullscreen on carplay anymore. I just did the update that was released today and that did not seem to fix anything :/
