Augmented reality navigation/ Dash cam

Augmented reality Nav and Dash cam - Those features are not available in the US. Has anyone tried using the "navigation updater" or software from the korean website to add that functionality?

I doubt it because that would change the Language and Navigation info. I think it may be all one package. Not sure though.
