Hey guys,

I picked up a GV70 earlier this week. Really loving the car.

However I cannot establish a connection with connected services from the vehicle. I did a bit of searching to see that I was not alone; however I also cannot find a ton of instances of it out there.

I have also contacted Genesis about the problem. Tried starting the car 3x and then the console rest with the buttons. No luck so far. They are suppose to give me a call in about a week about this issue again. Now I work in a Telematics field in a different industry. Generally if I get to this point and the telematics aren't working it means a modem replacement in my field.

Curious if the same is going to apply here. Anything else I can try to establish a connection?

A bit more info. New 2022 GV70 with the 3.5L. Sports advanced package. I have setup the Connected Services profile on my end for the user information and such. The vehicle itself is having the connection issues. Oddly enough I do get alerts through the app about unlocked doors though. However locking, unlocking, remote start, etc all tell me to 'wait 24 hrs for the service to become available'

I believe you may be correct about the car's modem issue. I contacted Customer service and had a rep take me through the entire setup process, the rep could start the car remotely but I could not. Got the same 24 hr message. It's not the service it's the cars modem.
