Has anyone tried to add door edge guards to a GV80? In addition, does anyone know of a place to obtain the correct size door guards. I have a tight garage and want to protect the doors. Thanks for any thoughts.

I went to a body shop and asked them that question. They gave me several names, one of whom came out to my house to install them. I’m sure a body shop in your area would have that kind of info for you. Good luck. They’re well worth the expense.

we glued foam pool noodle to the garage wall so we dont have to have ugly door edge guards on a new car

Thanks for the info. I went to a body shop to discuss the edge guards. they would install them for $200. The owner suggested that if I planned to keep the car he would suggest not installing them. He stated that a few years the sun dries out the chemicals in the guards and they turn yellow. With that in mind, I have decided to do nothing. Thanks to all for your thoughts.

I did that when I had a narrow concrete garage. Works great!
