No, I have the Advance trim and I’m comfortable.

i have a 3.5 prestige and i drove it 3 hours home from the dealer and i felt the seat was comfortable even after 6 hours ride time.

it was nice for the massage feature to automatically turn on after the extended drive.

Yes! I have the Advance + and have felt the same thing. My husband drove my car and said it felt like the massaging seat device may be what is making it feel like to balls/stones are the issue. I test drove the car with a big bulky winter coat on. Now that it has warmed up, my jackets are a lot lighter, so I am feeling the seats to be very uncomfortable. I have been holding out for a car with great safety features and a very comfortable seat. At least I got one of those things. Looking for a seat cushion now for the car because I have back issues and we are planning a long car ride soon. No matter what position I put the lumbar support in, it’s just not as comfortable as my previous Acura MDX. Loved those seats!!! I have even done the seat adjustment evaluation for the best possible position based on my height and weight. Still not comfortable for me. So glad to see that I was not the only one!!

Yes! I just bought a new SUV GV80 Prestige and am in pain even for a five minute trip. It is hard and feels like I’m sitting on a big stone. I believe it’s the massage mechanism.

Have you adjusted the seat, there are lots of adjustments. Mine is very comfortable.

Everything short of hitting with a sledgehammer to soften it up🤬 I know it’s not a common complaint, but not isolated either. Otherwise, love the car.

I've tried every conceivable position and my butt still gets sore after ½ hour, or so. Ordered and awaiting a memory foam car seat pad. Hope it helps, but has to be better than stock!

Good luck! I bought a tempurpedic cushion. It raises me to a level that makes the back of the seat very uncomfortable.

I just got this. I've installed it (you have to push the rear an inch or so into the crack for the 'holders" to be able to grab) Seems to do the trick, but will have to wait for a road trip to be certain

I have a Tempurpedic pillow I never use. The thin side is perfect to alleviate the hardness of the seat. I think I’ll take it to an upholsterer to slice the pillow to the right dimensions. Worth a try I think.

No, my Prestige does have better spine support than my Acura MDX. I felt like I sunk into the Acura seat. This supports my back much better, and I love the massage function on longer drives.

Don't bother. Sending it back--I collapse any cushioning the moment I sit--no benefit what-so-ever!
Just bought a thick cushion at Target. Just on the way home, it felt great, BUT...it is short and the forward edge hits me in the middle of my thighs.
