I got average 17 mpg over 8000 miles for 3.5T Prestige with 22” rims

I am averaging 18.5MPG in my 3.5 Prestige

So far averaging 20.1 with our 3.5. We drive a lot of country type roads at 45/50 and then freeway, very little in town driving.

Some people have been getting 15-17 mpg with the 3.5T engine.

@maldo76 was getting 26-28mpg highway and 22-23mpg combined a few months ago with the 2.5T engine.

For those who have had a little time behind the wheel of their new GV80's, what type of MPG's are you seeing in real-world driving? Also which engine do you have and what is your ratio of City/Hwy driving? Thanks!

I’m getting worse than expected mpg 14-18 in my 3.5 prestige unfortunately. Mostly city driving but thought I would get better mpg. Other than that it’s been a blast with this car

Hi, As we live in Ohio and the crazy world we live in now. We got ours in August, think just turned 3200 miles. Mostly country rd driving to freeway. But averages about 20. No trips yet

pretty sure that has something to do with it.

It's a heavy car and the 3.5 is a sweet motor that is nicely tuned. It's fun to drive and its fast so of course you're gonna use more gas.

I had to take my GV80 to the dealer because I STILL can’t get the connected services to work, and I’ve been having to drive around my old Jeep Grand Cherokee. Wow. What a difference. Love love love driving my GV80. I’ll take 13 mpg.

At first I was getting really terrible city mileage, often only 10-12 mpg (highway was a respectable 25mpg), but when I hit 2500 miles, something clicked and now I seem to get a pretty consistent 18mpg for city driving. Has anyone else noticed this?

Engine break-in is a real thing. Relating to the piston rings seating and other "wear in" parts. Once that all happens the engine will sometimes be noticeably smoother and make more power.
