Since taking delivery of my GV60, I have been unable to complete the Electrify America app on my Iphone 13.
I enter the enrollment code and then the vin number.
Then when I click on "verify" I get an error message "We weren't able to verify your eligibility. Check your enrollment code and vin and try again. "
I have verified both.

This has been going on now for weeks. Electrify America thought they had fixed the issue but it still doesn't work. Anyone else have this issue?

Try again. I had the same issue last week, and contacted EA. EA called me back yesterday to let me know the issue has been resolved. They waited on the phone while I activated the Genesis premium offer in EA app. I was pleasantly surprised by EA's support team. Meanwhile, EA chargers were free over the weekend and at least till Tuesday due to "network system upgrade". Just plug in and press the button.

Yeah, their app support people are pretty good, they called me back yesterday due to the "oops" error msg my wife and I were getting. And charging was still free today.

Their support people have been working on it for over a week now, They also called me yesterday and told me the problem was resolved. But it is not. Called them again to re-open the case.
