Since taking delivery of my GV60, I have been unable to complete the Electrify America app on my Iphone 13.
I enter the enrollment code and then the vin number.
Then when I click on "verify" I get an error message "We weren't able to verify your eligibility. Check your enrollment code and vin and try again. "
I have verified both.
This has been going on now for weeks. Electrify America thought they had fixed the issue but it still doesn't work. Anyone else have this issue?
