Can GV80 owners let me know at what mileage you received your first change oil notification? Thanks.

I have been receiving notifications starting at 2500 miles and it goes on and on and on!!!!!!!
Now at 6000 miles and it is saying I need service in 485 miles????
The service reminder system needs some work!

I'm just under 3000 miles and every time I turn off the engine I receive a message that maintenance is due in several hundred miles (not sure of the exact number). The Genesis owner's site, Vehicle Health, states my next maintenance is in 6225 miles.

Not sure why I'm receiving the existing reminder in the car and now have to waste time follow up with someone at Genesis figure it out..,

Don't bother following up with anyone at Genesis. They are clueless! There is not a question you can pose to them that they don't have an answer for. I have tried to reset the "service reminder" mileage but nothing works.

I may be wrong but I think my salesman set oil change at 3500 miles. If so then this can be reset to a different mileage

Anybody actually take advantage of the Valet program where they pick up your car at home for service?
They make a big deal about that perk, but won’t travel more than 10 miles to do it.
All dealers near me are further.

I’m in need of an oil change And a system update. Two weeks ago I tried to make an appointment for a valet pickup and was told September 12th was the earliest they could accommodate me. I asked if I could just bring the car in sooner and get a loaner and was told that September 12th was the earliest I could also get a loaner. Extremely disappointed. Not a luxury card experience at all. Taking car in August 12th and waiting for it, oil change only, no time for them to update system software. Pitiful.

I just got the exact same experience. Asked if I could come in and just take a loaner for a couple hours while they did the service. They said loaners are for full day only and that’s the rules.
Now I have to go in and just sit there I guess.
Not exactly the great service they brag about.

Update. I did make an appointment to bring my GV80 in for oil change and maintenance. And, scheduled a full day loaner.
When I arrived at dealership, they had a G70 ready for me, and asked if I wanted my car delivered back to my home at end of day. I had been told this was not an option since I live 40 miles from dealership, but the service manager said it was no problem.
Finally, something going as it should. Genesis of Framingham, MA.
Kudos.
