When I try to lock, unlock, or start I get the message “This connected service will start within 24 hours and also gives me an (844) number to call. I call, push 3 for connected services and then go into mindless hold music ****.
So far, I am totally disappointed with Genesis customer service compared to Lexus, Infiniti and MB. Disappointed is actually an understatement. Genesis customer service is non existent.
