CarsGuide traveled from Australia to South Korea to test the new GV80.

The interior quality really stands out in the video it looks very luxurious. The reviewer also points out that the suspension does a good job making it comfortable to drive, even with the big 22 inch wheels.

What I found interesting in this GV80 review is the reviewer presses a button on the rear wiper housing to open the cargo area before he discusses the GV80 cargo capacity. I've never seen a rear trunk release on the wiper before!

Although the GV80 is launching simultaneously with diesel options in other markets, for the US we are not getting a GV80 diesel right?
I was hoping for a taller infotainment screen. Some new Mazda's I tried out were like this and couldn't get over how much I hated it.

From my understanding the diesel engines aren't coming to the US. Genesis is only selling them in South Korea because diesel engines are apparently popular there.
I found a photo of the GV80 rear trunk release button:

That's a really clever spot to put that button. Hopefully there aren't any issues placing it there.
