I think there is a error in interpretation between English and Korean of what is a massage. The GV80 does not have any massage function. It's just an airbag in the seat which promotes pressure points. No massage, just an airbag which very slowly inflates and deflates pushing slowly against you in the middle of your back and on your ass. Not comfortable, but helps you a tiny bit from getting restless in the seat on a drive longer than an hour because even though the seat is beautiful it's not that comfy. For a while I couldn't find the massage function until I realized that it wasn't really a massage.
