I've been reading that the GV80 is going to be offered with matte pain in South Korea. Does anyone know if the matte paint will be offered in the US as well?

Speaking of matte color options, we have Matterhorn White, Brunswick Green, and Melbourne Gray. We know that not many automakers have tried matte colors for their SUVs, so we anticipate the GV80 will stand out even further.

Matte paint looks fantastic on the GV80, wow. Even if Genesis USA does not offer this paint, I might get mine wrapped in a matte vinyl to look like this.

The North American market will not get the satin finishes anytime soon. They are really pretty and many of us have wanted them, but there are a few features that Korea will get that we won't over here.

Because Mercedes, BMW, and others offer satin-type finishes here, I'm not sure we can conclude unequivocally that Genesis won't offer those finishes here as well. Genesis seems determined to make its mark as a luxury automaker.

Yes we can conclude that they won't be here the first year. It's what Genesis told me a few weeks ago. They also said it will be possibly three years to get a sport version as that's not in their crosshairs right now. Those were the two options many of us have been wanting.

If that's the case I might have to wait before placing my order because these satin colors are beautiful! Particularly the satin white.
