For the last three days my phone app has not been working. Every type of request I've tried to do has failed.

Mine has been working all week, but just to be sure, I just unlocked my door and it worked without issue.

Have you restarted your system? Hold the Map & Setup buttons together until system restarts.

No---All settings remain.

Restarting the system did not solve the problem.
