The worse service experience anyone can ask for. If your car breaks down good luck if they even work on your car for 30days and will tell you they dont have loaners available.

Seems to be an issue in the USA. Took me 3 weeks to get an appointment for an oil change in
Phoenix AZ. No loaner available and had to wait 3 hours at the dealer for it. I’m here in Montreal where we live. Took 1 week to get an appointment and they picked my GV80 up at noon , dropped me a brand new G80 with 1300 km on it as a loaner and returned my car at 11am the very next day. Car was hand washed and interior completely cleaner and the vacuumed everything including the trunk. No complaints here. I guess some dealers don’t really care if you buy another car from them. They make too much money.

I don’t know if any Genesis CEO’s get on this blog to here what is going on, but they certainly should. Someone needs to contact top management at Genesis and let them know what is going on. Genesis Korea I don’t think would be too happy. Get to them too somehow. How are they going to get repeat sales against Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Lexus. People will go back to those brands for sure with this kind of service.
