I live in Chicago, less than 3 miles from the nearest Genesis dealer - Genesis of South Loop. They refuse to do any valet service. I purchased my 2022 GV70 Sport Prestige from Genesis of Glenview. Glenview promised to valet service my vehicle when I bought there, but now says they will not do pickups more than 10 miles away (my prior 2018 G80 was purchased at Genesis of Highland Park, and was always valet serviced by them, though they are much farther away than Glenview). I have spoken to Genesis, and they cannot find any dealer to valet service my car. Since Genesis promises buyers this service, it is clearly reneging on the promise. Is anyone else running into this problem?

There are other discussions on this. It's troubling and many of us will remember this moving forward.
Not sure what's to be done legally if they claim they can't get enough help (what I hear). Can't imagine a claim of "faulty valet service" would net much damage cash in a class action (so my guess is no legit attorney would likely take it)

Sorry to hear that. My dealer in Framingham MA is 41 miles from my house and they’ve done valet service for mine a number of times, leaving me with a new G80 each time.
The sad part is the number of times I’ve had to put my GV80 in for service in the first 16 months of ownership. Four times for a leaky sunroof alone.
