Here's what I've been experiencing with my GV60. I've been in contact with Genesis at the corporate level as well since the dealer and customer care are not really able to assist with software related glitches.

Anyone else coming across similar issues?

About 1/2 the tech in our GV80 seems to be about 1/2 baked.
We still can't get the seats to hold memory positions.

Ah that stinks to hear, Genesis has done such a good job with pretty much everything else on their vehicles. The software and tech needs some work I guess.
