Picked up my GV80 in Gold Coast Silver with Dune interior last Wednesday.
That‘s what I said on my Express pass setup. But really it changes a lot. The registration says gold.Try "gray"
As you can see in this picture captured from the video of my car sometimes it's also almost bronze. It's the strangest thing.Try "gray"
I noticed this as well. It also doesn’t have the two tone steering wheel or the digital dash. The one on the left is analog. It seems like an advance with prestige wheels. You know what is strange about the photos posted, if you look at the wheels it's obviously a Prestige Package model but when you look at the interior it's not a Prestige Package interior. It doesn't have the Diamond Quilt design which is what comes with the Prestige Package.
Here’s what I’ve been able to find online. Red is what the 3.5 Prestige has that the 2.5 Prestige doesn’t According to online window stickers.Wow, I didn't realize the Prestige Package differed from the 2.5TT to the 3.5TT. Still learning something new everyday about the GV80!
Thanks for the explanation...
You don't. It's a feature in the 2.5 Advance package that is removed for the 2.5 Prestige.I have the 3.5TT Prestige Package and I didn't even know I had a rear self leveling function.
The Prestige package adds the upgrade...Thanks, I kind of wonder why they're putting it on a lower level model and not the Prestige Package?
I believe it’s because the 2.5 advance is rear wheel drive, so it’s worded differently. But they seem to replace the rear self leveling with the Electronically controlled suspension so I have to assume that it’s a suspension thing for both and not cargo specific But ride specific. I could be wrong, but the all wheel drive models do not have it to my knowledge. The Rear Self Leveling Function sounds like a different feature than the Electronically Controlled Suspension with Road Preview.
The Rear Self Leveling Function sounds like the suspension will raise itself if you're adding weight to the storage compartment or towing substantial weight.
Road Preview is looking for road irregularities to soften the suspension to soften bumps.
I picked mine up on 12/16/20I have to admit it's my favorite color (even though the car is designed so nice all colors look great on it)! I totally agree that the color seems to change based on the lighting angle. My wife calls it champagne color sometimes. What color interior on yours? 3.5TT option?
it’s the 3.5 Prestige.Great color interior option and it goes great with the Gold Coast Silver exterior color too.
Which engine did you opt for?
Your photo with a little editing. I thought it was a great photo. My GV80 3.0D near military airfield View attachment 1910
