Maybe spray some electrical contact cleaner in there. Something like BW-100.
My GV60 has a problem with the passenger heated seat switch when I press it down it stays all the way down so then within a few seconds it turns its self off . If I am very careful I turn it on and then very carefully move the switch back up to the middle then its ok. I went to the dealership they said its because the weather is cold here they said they have heard of 2 or 3 cars doing the same . I did say well just replace it they said they have to look into it. For a car that cost $90k in Canada they had better look fastfor me I think they should just order a new one. Has anybody else heard or come across this problem.

Ok thank you I will try that anything is worth a try .Maybe spray some electrical contact cleaner in there. Something like BW-100.
I have not used it, but I have seen others use it for things like gaming controllers.Ok thank you I will try that anything is worth a try .
HelloI took delivery on my GV60 in late September and it has the same sticky passenger heated seat button. Mine behaves exactly as you described with yours.
I hadn’t talked with the Genesis dealer yet as we purchased the car in New Jersey and shipped it to our home in Nashville, TN. The local Genesis dealer can’t service it and can’t even order parts for the car.
I can say that this isn’t a cold weather issue, because it was 70 degrees when we took delivery of the car.
I’ll have to give the electrical contact cleaner suggestion a try.
For the Snow mode you have to press and hold the Drive Mode button. I have used this for my UK spec'd model.Hello all,
I just joined the forum after seeing these posts. Picked ours up a week ago a love it!
But, we were out in it last night and found the same thing with both seat heat switches. When we picked it up and drove home they worked fine. Last night once things warmed up a bit they did work normally, but today they have the same issues. Of course they both work, but you have to carefully return the switches to the neutral position since they don't spring back. I wouldn't try any type of lubricant since if it messes things up somewhere under the switch they might give you a hard time with a warranty claim.
Also found there is no snow mode. According to the manual there is, but the car apparently doesn't know that. I'll let the dealer know about both of those issues just for the record at this point.

In my Performance model it is a subset of custom mode. For the Snow mode you have to press and hold the Drive Mode button. I have used this for my UK spec'd model.
