I am Mitul from Canada -

Just need bit of help before booking for GV70 Advance trim, does it have blind spot detection/alert in same model ? Or have to go with Advance plus trim to get Blind spot camera option.

Dealers doesnt have complete info on it - I just need basic blind spot vehicle detection option rather than blind spot camera. If let me know if any one has Advance trim model within the group.

Also I was told waiting is for 6months.

The 3.6TT Advance version has both (in the US). You get the red triangle light in the mirror and the camera display on the dash where your tachometer is.

The blind spot view monitor (BVM) is part of the plus trim so yes you need to go up to that trim level for this feature.

Dear Mitul,
all GV70's have alert in the mirror, The advance has one camera display on the dash which overlays the left side of the dash display. Depending upon left or right turn signal being used the single display shows either the left or the right side rear view. The Prestige has two displays on the dash one on the left one on the right which activate left for left turn signal or right for right turn signal. In addition, the dash lights up red on left or right when another vehicle is wheel to wheel with the GV70 , this is in addition to the mirror warning lights and the cameras.
I would choose a different dealer. Especially if they have DMU.
