I have already had my new GV70 in the shop for a rattle that I thought was coming from the back and their diagnosis was it was the front headrest. It got better for sure - still happening in the back seat. When I first got the vehicle, the back seat was not engaged fully which I took care of on my own. I guess it could be the back seat headrest but I am wondering if anyone has had similar issues and had success in a solution. Hard to drive a luxury car with a rattle in the backseat. Thanks!

So the fix was relatively easy - the headrests. If in the full down position, they will rattle. They also adjusted a twist in the seatbelt that helped - both could probably be done from home.

I got a rattle noise too, but after bringing it up to 2 different dealers for 6 months now, it’s a mystery. The dealer does not have resources to check certain parts of the vehicle for this noise. It has been a disappointment. Besides the noise, the steering wherl shakes a bit and a lot when breaking, yet the dealer says the rotors and break pads are good. Very disappointed! I have had my vehicle since November 2021, and have been dealing with these issues for 6 months (does your car play fails to connect randomly too?)

Check the headrests - that solved it for me. Did not have the issues with the steering wheel.
