Hi Members....I just purchased a brand new GV70 and just opened the sunroof to find the front sunroof glass totally cracked-- all the way around the circumference...I'm surprised the glass did no fall in. I have been the only driver for the short time I've had it, and there has definitely been no rock strike. We are very upset....dealership so far is implying it is from a rock strike, but it can't be. Has this happened to anyone else?

Assuming you mean your front sunroof glass? The dealership had me bring it in for inspection, and then insisted that it was from a rock strike and that I should use my insurance to have the glass replaced. I let them know that I refuse to do that, and then they said they would talk to corporate. A couple of weeks later I got an answer that they would replace the glass as a 'courtesy'...not a warranty repair. It took a month or two more to get the call that they had the part and had me bring the car in for the work. No issues since then but it was disturbing at the time...
