Car keeps disconnecting. Going into sleep mode randomly and remote start won’t connect!

Hi. Are you talking about the Intelligence App not connecting? If so, I am having the same problem. I called Customer Service 5 days ago, and they got it to work by resetting it, but now it's not working again. It only worked for 3 days.
