I've had the car 6 months and have continued to experience a near-stall often when the car is started, and put into drive.

It happens almost exclusively when I leave work. After 8 hours, I put the car in reverse, back out of the spot, and put the car in drive - then the engine rpm drops way down and there is not enough power to move forward for 2 - 3 seconds. Then the engine kicks-in and the car drives perfectly until my next work day.

I feel certain the problem will not happen if I bring it to the dealer, so I am just living with it for now, but wondering if anyone else has this experience.

Yes, I am having a similar issue, but when using the accelerator from a stop. My GV80 has stalled and had to be restarted.
