Me too, my GV80 is giving me the same route unsuccessful messages regardless any designation, previous or new addresses. I tried to have the navigation software via Genesis app or in the vehicle’s info system. None is available.
Beside this problem, I have many vehicle issues from lane departure, front sensing, frontal collision, engine light on and other system errors when it had less than 4,000 miles within the 8 months ownership. The dealership had my GV80 for 2 1/2 months just to diagnostic the problem. FYI, the same problem repeated after I got it back from the dealership a week later. I did not bother to drive it while waiting the dealership for the earliest service appointment (2 weeks later). Guess what, when I was about to have it toll to the dealership, it started normally. This is one of the worst luxury vehicles that I ever had, even the well-known exotic cars had less problems. May be I have a lemon…
